Single flatlets, each with own kitchenette and bathroom, available in newly renovated, shared house in Rondebosch East. Single occupation only (no couples, families or individuals with children). Ideal for young, working adults with sober habits.
The units are let UNFURNISHED. A wardrobe and a bar fridge are provided to each unit. Tenants will also have access to a large communal kitchen with a stove top and oven should they wish to prepare larger meals. Improvements to the property are done on a continuous basis and more facilities will be added in due course.
Wi-Fi is available (no extra cost) and the property is well secured. On site parking is available at an additional fee. Water usage and electricity are pre-paid individually per unit.
Applicants will be screened and need to provide proof of employment and income, ID and current proof of address as well as contactable references BEFORE viewings are arranged - no application fees apply. A deposit equal to one month's rent and admin fees of R1667.50 are required on signature of lease. Rent is payable upfront at the beginning of the month. Tenants may not run any form of business from the property.
NO Pets allowed.
Available from 1 August 2025. Minimum rental period is 6 months, preference will be given to 12 month lease agreement.
